Prepare the filling ingredients; 150 grams of cheese, half a tomato, 70 grams of corn and green beans, 6 shrimps, 30 grams of tomato sauce, half an onion, 1 green pepper, half a large red pepper, 20 grams of cooking oil, 4 garlic cloves, 3 slices of bacon, 10 grams of cornstarch, 4 grams of salt, 3 slices of ginger, half a green onion, 3 grams of chicken essence (and 1 egg)

Mix 95 grams of high-gluten flour, 1 gram of salt, and 5 grams of sugar evenly

Then mix 1 gram of yeast with 60 grams of milk, pour into the flour, mix thoroughly, and soften the dough into a smooth dough

Add another 5 grams of oil and continue kneading until the oil is completely absorbed and it becomes a smooth dough
