Scallion and Pork Dumplings

I haven’t made dumplings for a long time. It rained on the weekend, so I just stayed home and made dumplings

Knead the dough with water

Knead into a smooth dough and leave it for 15 minutes to wake up.

While the noodles are awake, chop the pork into minced meat

Add an egg

Sprinkle in salt

Add a little light soy sauce

A little sugar

Mince the ginger and add it to the meat filling

Chop green onions and add to minced meat

Finally add a little sesame oil

Mix all the ingredients evenly

Divide the dough into sections and roll it out thinly

Use the cup lid to press out round dumpling wrappers

Wrap the meat filling in the dough

Can probably pack 40 pieces.

Pour water into the pot, add a little oil and salt, bring to a boil over high heat and add the dumplings. Cook until all the dumplings float and cook for another 5 minutes.

After the dumplings are cooked, take them out and put them on a plate

You can mix it with balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce and eat it as a dip~
