Colorful peppers stuffed with fresh vegetables
Overview
I'm at home during the Easter holidays, so I can make some snacks to enjoy. Tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms are not exclusive to pizza. Today’s baked bell peppers are filled with them. There are few materials and simple steps, making it suitable for novices to practice.

Steps
-
Wash the ingredients, remove the tops of the bell peppers, hollow out the insides, slice the mushrooms, and cut the tomatoes and onions into small pieces
-
Pour a little olive oil into the pan and sauté the onions over medium heat
-
Add the mushrooms and fry for a minute
-
Add tomatoes and stir-fry evenly
-
Add salt, black pepper and pizza grass and fry for two minutes
-
After the vegetables are stir-fried, stuff them into the bell peppers. I filled them a little less, so it’s better to fill them until they are even with the bell peppers
-
Sprinkle with grated cheese, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake on the middle rack for about 20 minutes until the cheese softens
