Overview
Alabar is an Italian hard noodle bar with a hard and crunchy texture. Recently, I saw a lot of children eating this, so I made some for my daughter. Because my daughter wanted to eat it, it was a bit unauthentic.

After the butter is softened into a liquid in the microwave, pour in the powdered sugar and whole egg liquid

Knead into a dough that is dry and hard but not too soft

Brush with egg wash with a brush and bake in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 20 minutes on the middle layer and bake until the surface is golden brown
