Peach biscuits
Overview
I have made several biscuits before. I always thought that the biscuits would be crispy if they had whipped butter in them. I also developed the habit of not knowing how to make biscuits without butter on hand. I saw a lot of people making peach biscuits a while ago and always wanted to try them. This time I finally got my wish. This peach biscuit using vegetable oil and flour is not complicated to make and does not require butter or a whisk. I didn’t expect that the final product would be so crispy. The key to success lies in mastering the ingredients. The ingredients are blended together in the best state. This is my first time making it. It said on the Internet that eggs are needed, but there are no specific grams. I happened to have an egg left on hand and used it. In the end, it felt dry and loose, and it was difficult to press and shape. Later, I made some adjustments and added some eggs. It felt good to hold together when I kneaded it with my hands. It was just right when pressed in the mold without effort. The biscuit oil is relatively large. It is recommended not to eat too much at one time, just an appropriate amount. It can be paired with green tea or coffee. I have been using Changdi's oven for 6 years. I have been Changdi since I first entered the industry, so I have figured out his temper quite accurately over the years. Fortunately, the temperaments of the Changdi's I have used are basically the same, so every time I use them, I don't have to spend time running them in. The one I tried this time was the Changdi e•Bake Internet Oven CRDF32A. Many people may remember that I have tried the CRDF30A before, that oven. After trying out the oven, Changdi asked for our opinions and suggestions. After summarizing and integrating them, they improved the original technology and produced the Changdi e•Bake internet oven CRDF32A. When I saw this machine, I knew that Changdi had listened carefully to everyone's suggestions. This machine has more functions and is easier to use than the previous one. The previous CRDF30A was a flat and wide oven. shape, the CRDF32A is the cube I am used to. The baking pan of the CRDF30A is slightly larger than the CRDF32A, but the height is slightly shorter. This is the difference. Each has its own pros and cons. The flat one is suitable for baking biscuits and can be put in more at one time. The taller one is suitable for making cakes. You don’t have to worry about the height. The grilling mesh of the CRDF32A has a concave and convex shape, which is easier to use than the flat grilling mesh of the CRDF30A. , the CRDF32A adds the function of separately controlling the temperature of the upper and lower fires and modifying the temperature and time midway, and also adds a slag collecting tray. At present, I can’t find any faults with the CRDF32A. After the improvement, it includes all the functions I want, and it is also controlled by WIFI. It contains a large number of cloud recipes and fool-like operation. It only needs a tap on the mobile phone, and it can be used by novices.
