Prepare ingredients

Add a little salt to the flour and a small bowl of water to make a batter (not too thin)

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it until it is 70% hot. Fry the wonton wrappers until golden brown, take them out and set aside

Leave a little base oil in the pot, pour one-third of the batter and spread it out. You can use a rice spatula to spread it out (I made this amount for three)

When the batter is solidified, break in an egg and spread it out

Turn over and brush with a layer of sweet noodle sauce

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds

Place fried wonton wrappers

Just roll it up

You can also brush a layer of Lao Gan Ma, do the same as above, then add fried wonton wrappers and roll them up (I didn’t turn Lao Gan Ma’s pancakes over)
