Cranberry Walnut Bread

My family loves bread and makes it once a week. This time I added cranberries and walnuts. Sweet yet sour, it tastes really good.

Put all the bread ingredients into the bread machine and knead the dough.

A dough program, plus a sweet bread program, add dried cranberries and walnuts when the alarm prompts.

Continue kneading to the expansion stage.

Place it in a warm and humid place for the first fermentation, until it doubles in size.

Take out the dough, deflate and divide into small portions.

Flatten each piece of dough.

Fold both sides toward the middle.

Fold it in half again and pinch the edge tightly.

Put a cup of hot water in the oven and place the baking sheet in the oven for the second fermentation. Sift in high-gluten flour.

The oven is heated to 185 degrees and preheated ten minutes in advance.

The middle rack of the oven is heated to 185 degrees for about 20 minutes.
