Overview

Clam: One of my favorite ingredients. The meat is delicious, low in fat, and very tender. After eating clam meat and shellfish, you often feel a refreshing and pleasant feeling, which is undoubtedly beneficial to relieve some troublesome symptoms.

Steps

  1. Wash the clams and soak them in a little salt to make the clams spit out the sand
