Conch head thawed.

Cut into thin slices.

Pick and wash sweet beans.

Finely mince garlic.

Slice carrots.

Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add carrots and fry.

Add sweet beans and fry.

Add conch slices and stir-fry evenly.

I just cooked soy sauce chicken at home, and I have leftover soy sauce chicken juice. (Oyster sauce can be substituted.)

Add soy sauce chicken sauce and stir-fry.

Fry until the sweet beans are broken.

After frying, there was a bit too much water, so I poured in starch water to thicken it into a thin layer.
