Overview
This is especially true for children in our family who are not happy with meat. When I was young, I always thought that shredded pork, sliced meat and various fish were not meat dishes. Only beef, mutton, chicken, pork belly and other pieces of meat were called meat. Therefore, over the years, we rarely fried shredded pork or sliced meat at home. Braised pork has always been a favorite of my children. Even though I make it often, he never gets tired of eating it. He even says it’s delicious!
