Canned hairtail fish
Overview
In the hot summer, I really have no appetite. I thought of making some canned hairtail fish. Even the meat and thorns are crispy and fragrant. I can make more at a time and put it in the refrigerator to eat as needed. As an appetizer, my son ate two bowls of rice at once.

Wash the hairtail fish, drain the water, add some five-spice powder and mix well

Put the fish into the pressure cooker, pour a tablespoon of oil and ingredients into the pressure cooker, add five spoons of sugar (the spoon you usually use for eating), then five spoons of mature vinegar, two spoons of soy sauce, a small spoon of salt, and add water just enough to cover the fish.

After the pressure cooker is filled with gas, turn off the heat after thirty minutes

When the gas in the pressure cooker naturally disappears, open the lid and turn on the heat again to drain the soup. OK!
