Fried chicken gizzards with garlic sprouts
Overview
This dish was a dish I accidentally ordered when I went to a Hunan restaurant with Xiao Mengmeng last time. It was super delicious and I packed it up for home. It was so good to eat it with fried rice. I made it several times after I got home. The first time, the chicken gizzards and garlic sprouts were cut into too large pieces. Later, the cooking and cutting methods were improved, and they tasted better....

Ingredients
Steps
-
Defrost the chicken gizzards you bought and then wash them with warm water
-
The last time I fried it, I cut it into too big pieces. When I cut it into shreds last time, I thought it tasted much better. So I’ll cut it into shreds today
-
Add a little light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, cornstarch, and a little cooking oil to the cut shreds
-
Pick it up with your hands and marinate it for about seven or eight minutes until the flavor is absorbed
-
At this point we will prepare the ingredients. The unique aroma of garlic sprouts will make this dish more fragrant
-
Mince garlic and ginger and set aside
-
Cut spicy millet into small pieces and set aside
-
Add a little oil to the pot, add the marinated chicken gizzards, add oil, and take them out when they change color
-
Leave the oil in the pot, turn to low heat, add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant
-
Then add the spicy millet segments
-
Finally, add the bean paste and stir-fry until the red oil comes out. This is not necessarily the case. Any other sauce you like can be used
-
Add the chopped garlic sprouts and fry for about two minutes
-
Then add the cooked chicken gizzards
-
Add a little light soy sauce
-
A little salt and a little sugar to taste
-
Add some chicken powder and stir well
-
Finally, pour in a little water starch to thicken it
-
It really tastes great with rice, because I used super spicy millet. I think this dish must be spicy to be delicious
