Overview

Kung Pao Tofu is a home-cooked dish. What I used to make Kung Pao Tofu today is soft tofu made of gypsum, freshly shelled peanuts, pressed first-grade peanut oil, and homemade soybean paste. It is a super healthy home-cooked dish.

  1. Prepare ingredients: tofu, peanuts, garlic, soybean paste, etc.;

  2. Soak the tofu in salt water, take it out and cut it into small cubes;

  3. Heat a pan, add oil, fry peanuts until cooked, let cool and peel;

  4. Add tofu, fry over low heat until lightly browned, flip the other side and continue frying until lightly browned;

  5. Stir-fry garlic, minced ginger, minced garlic, soybean paste, balsamic vinegar, and light soy sauce until fragrant;

  6. Add the fried tofu into the pot;

  8. Mix the cornstarch and water, add it to the pot to thicken it, add salt and garlic leaves, and collect the juice.
