  5. Fry the whole chicken leg until it turns golden color and it is ready to be taken out of the pan. Place the fried chicken leg into a bowl and set aside.

  6. Leave some oil in the pot, add minced ginger and garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Pour in an appropriate amount of water, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, sugar, and dark soy sauce, stir evenly, and bring to a boil.
