Shrimp Steamed Egg Custard
Overview
Frozen fresh shrimps. This is the first time I have received a frozen package that has not melted at all. Although the dry ice bags have deflated several times, there is still a piece of ice the size of a palm that is still stubborn. In fact, I am not good at prawns. Frying and frying are too complicated. Only steaming and stewing is the simplest and most trouble-free method. As a seasoned lazy person, the first thing that comes to mind when hearing the word shrimp is steamed egg custard. Originally I wanted to chop some of the shrimps and mix them with the egg liquid, but then I got lazy and simply threw a shrimp at the bottom of each bowl. There was a surprise at the end of the meal. . . . The egg is tender, the shrimp is fresh, and you can see the deliciousness. . . .
