The fish head was too big. I didn’t have such a big plate at home, so I had to chop it into pieces.

Chop the pickled pepper and slice the ginger.

Marinate the fish head with salt and light soy sauce for about 15 minutes. Add chopped pickled pepper, garlic cloves, ginger, millet pepper to the fish head, and drizzle with steamed fish soy sauce.

Put it into the steamer, let it steam for about 15 minutes.
