Three-juice braised pot
Overview
The stew pot applies the traditional stewing cooking method to modern catering. No water is added to the pot, and the ingredients are stewed entirely by the moisture of the food itself. This not only well preserves the nutritional content of the food, but also allows the various ingredients in the pot to maintain their original flavors, making one pot of food achieve the perfect effect of nutritional balance, freshness and tenderness.
