Wash the rice and put it into a rice cooker with appropriate amount of water.

Wash the eggplant and cut into slices.

Put the eggplant in a container, add salt and mix well.

Add sweetened pasta sauce and mix well.

Add oyster sauce and mix well.

Simmer the rice until there is no soup, add the eggplant, cover the pot and simmer together.

When the ingredients are cooked, turn off the power and stir the rice and eggplant evenly.
