-
Pork mince stuffing.
-
Chop the green onion white and cut the green onion leaves into rings.
-
Finely chop the ginger.
-
Put the meat filling into a basin, beat in an egg, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a spoonful of oyster sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, and an appropriate amount of water (the meatballs made by adding water will be more tender and not hard).
-
Make a circular motion in one direction and stir the pork filling evenly.
-
Peel and slice the winter melon.
-
Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot, add the winter melon slices and bring to a boil.
-
Wear gloves, grab a handful of meat filling, squeeze it out from the tiger's mouth, and scoop it into the pot with a spoon. This will make the meatballs more rounded.
-
After the winter melon is boiled, add all the meatballs and bring to a boil.
-
When all the meatballs float, add the shrimps and turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and skim off the foam.
