Spicy Lamb Lung
Overview
I went to the supermarket today and saw sheep lungs, which made me think of the well-known spicy lamb lungs. I haven't made this dish for a long time. So I bought a pair and fried spicy lamb lungs when I came back. The cooked mutton lungs are used. The mutton lungs are already very rotten. It is very simple to stir-fry. It can be cooked in a few minutes and is very delicious. An old dish is made new, but the difference is that it uses cooked sheep lungs directly, which saves the trouble of handling, making it delicious and convenient.

The lamb lungs are already cooked and the fresh chili peppers are ready.

Cut the lamb lungs into 3 mm thick slices, mince the ginger and garlic, and cut the pepper into rings

Blanch the lung slices again with boiling water and rice wine to completely remove the odor
