【Northeast China】Curry stewed with pumpkin and soybean wedges

Northeastern stews are all about random stews. I changed it a little bit, haha...it tastes pretty good! Northeastern potato stew with beans is very famous. I replaced the potatoes with pumpkin, replaced the water with stock and added extra curry. It was very delicious, especially the pumpkin in it! Very delicious!

Break the beans in half, peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes

Put oil, onion and ginger in the pot and sauté until fragrant

Add pumpkin and beans and stir-fry evenly

Add a little salt and soy sauce to the curry, stir-fry the stock, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for half an hour
