Wenzhou is big or small, and many dishes or snacks are local. Like the dried soup noodles I have today, they are really only available to people in the mountains. I went to my aunt's house during the Spring Festival. My aunt's house is at the foot of Baishui Mountain in Longwan, Wenzhou. I told her before I went that I wanted to eat dried sweet potato and shrimp paste broth noodles. This is my favorite when I was a kid, and it’s also the taste of my hometown that I always miss.
