Stir-fried pork slices with wild rice
Overview
Wild rice is fresh and tender in texture, rich in nutrients and also known as water ginseng. It has a sweet taste and has the functions of dispelling heat, promoting body fluids and quenching thirst. Usually fried with meat, spicy or salty, it is a popular home-cooked meal.

Cut the washed wild rice into shreds.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Chop a garlic leaf and red pepper shreds.

Cut ginger and garlic into slices.

Sauté ginger and garlic slices in warm oil.

Add the meat slices and stir-fry until it changes color. Add a little light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry.

Add shredded wild rice and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water and continue to stir-fry.

When the wild rice is cooked and soft, add a little dark soy sauce and stir-fry.

Add chopped garlic leaves and shredded red pepper, add salt and stir-fry evenly before serving.
