Super simple home version of braised beef

Finally, I added some salt, peppercorns, and star anise, cooked it in an electric pressure cooker, and cut it into slices to eat! Thaw beef (fresh is best)

Cut the beef into cubes of about 2cm

Simmer slowly for about half an hour. When the beef is cooked (you can taste it, the beef tendons can be chewed well), turn to high heat to reduce the juice (just leave a little soup at the end, but not completely dry)
