Prepare all materials.

Yeast, warm water, sugar, 50 grams of flour, stir evenly and ferment for 20 minutes.

Add salt, 15ml olive oil, eggs and mix well.

Pour in remaining flour and stir.

Form into a very sticky dough, cover with plastic wrap and ferment for 1-2 hours.

Sprinkle flour on a cutting board, turn out the dough, roll it out into a rectangular shape, apply some olive oil, minced garlic, sprinkle with black peppercorns, parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Roll up, cut into 12 equal parts, cut side up, and place on baking sheet.

Brush with another layer of oil and sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese.

Put it in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes, adjust to 250 degrees, and bake for another 10 minutes to color.
