Homemade steamed buns
Overview
When talking about this steamed bun, there are too many memories that cannot be ignored. When I was in elementary school in the village, every year on Children’s Day, all the elementary schools in the village gathered in the town to celebrate the festival. At that time, there was very little food to bring, and many students went home hungry. However, every year, my mother will prepare such loving baked buns for me. Rich in nutrients, crispy and delicious. I remember that our teacher also really liked eating the steamed buns made by my mother, so every time my mother would bake a few more and ask me to bring them to share with the teachers and classmates. Seeing them eating with gusto and praising them non-stop, I feel so proud and happy that I can't express it in words. So, until now, I still like to eat home-made steamed buns very much, and I have tried and improved them over and over again, but I always feel that they are not as delicious as the steamed buns made by my mother. I think what is missing may be the most important ingredient in food - love it!
