Apple cheese tart
Overview
I searched online and saw how to make this dough, and I thought it was very good, simple, and basically zero-failure. I did not use low-gluten flour here as required, but used ordinary flour at home. The effect was very good. Although there was no layer, it was extremely crispy. I improved the filling and used apples, so I can call this apple tart. It is very delicious and worth recommending. (The main ingredients are the ingredients for the tart crust; the auxiliary ingredients are the ingredients for the filling)

Steps
-
Find a crisper and sift 100g of flour into it.
-
Add 1g salt and 15g sugar. Mix well. Add an egg yolk.
-
Pour in melted butter.
-
Close the lid and shake it up, down, left and right to combine the flour with the egg yolks and butter. Open the lid and spread the dough evenly.
-
Put into a plastic bag and form into a round ball. Refrigerate for half an hour.
-
At this time make the filling. The method I use is very simple. Put all the ingredients in the auxiliary ingredients together except the apples, and beat evenly.
-
Peel the apples, core them and cut into small slices.
-
Take out the tart shell after refrigeration for half an hour, divide it into 10 small portions (I forgot to take pictures of this step), put a small portion into the mold, and press it slowly with your thumb. Press until the entire mold is filled and be careful to arrange evenly. Insert a fork into the holes.
-
After everything is done, bake in the middle rack of the oven at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, take it out and pour in the mixed filling. Add apple slices. Put it in the middle rack of the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
