  5. Add the blanched pork belly and continue to stir-fry until browned. Add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and braised soy sauce. The pork belly must be drained. If the pork belly is not drained, oil will splash out (don’t ask me how I know...)

  6. Stir-fry until the surface is slightly yellow, add water to cover the meat, add cinnamon and other spices, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, and cook over high heat
