Prepare raw materials

Mince onion, ginger and garlic

Remove the shells and strings from the prawns, poke the heads through the tails, and form small balls

Cut Japanese tofu into small pieces, cut one end horizontally and vertically, but do not cut off

Place the soaked vermicelli in a basin, then place shrimp balls and tamagoyaki tofu on top. Pour the seasoning on top and sprinkle with the fried onions, ginger and garlic. Put it in a steamer and steam it for 3.4 minutes.

After steaming, sprinkle with red pepper and chives and it’s ready
