  1. Prepare northern tofu, pork filling and other ingredients.

  2. Add minced onion and ginger, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, cooking wine, sesame oil and other seasonings to the pork filling, stir until slightly thickened and set aside.

  4. Use a small spoon to make a hole on the surface. If you like more meat, dig deeper, but be careful not to break the bottom.
