Panda Cookies
Overview
I made panda biscuits for my children. I bought this set of panda biscuit molds for a while, but I never had time to make them. Today I made these biscuits while the baby was sleeping. They are really cute.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Melt butter over water.
-
Mix the melted butter and egg yolk sugar and stir evenly.
-
Sift in the flour.
-
Stir evenly with chopsticks until it becomes granular.
-
Use your hands to form a smooth dough.
-
Divide the dough into two parts, add cocoa powder to one part and knead evenly to form one black and one white dough.
-
Roll out the black dough into a thin sheet and use a mold to press out the panda's body.
-
Roll out the white dough into thin sheets and use a mold to shape the panda's face and belly.
-
Combine the black and white parts to form a panda.
-
Cut out the eyes and glue them on, then use a small clip to cut out the mouth. (The child was about to wake up at that time and didn’t bother to study the mold. In fact, the mold of the panda’s face can be used to make a mouth, with various expressions. I didn’t know it at the time. For the sake of speed, I just made them smile.)
-
Place in the preheated oven at 175 degrees for 18 minutes.
-
Take out of the oven and let cool.
