Tiramisu waiting for love
Overview
The legendary tiramisu is a symbol of love. This Italian dessert does not require complicated baking equipment or oven baking. As long as you have a loving heart, you can do well. Tiramisu means "take me away" in Italian, and "pull me up" means that after eating this delicious food, you will be so happy that you will feel like you are in a fairyland. In the afternoon, have a piece of tiramisu with a cup of steaming cappuccino. How comfortable it would be if your loved one sits next to you and whispers. Tiramisu is a dessert that does not need to be baked

-
Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water until soft

Boil fine sugar and water in a pot to sterilize the egg yolk
-
Beat the egg yolks at high speed until they turn white and double in size
-
Slowly pour the boiled sugar water into the whipped egg yolk paste until the egg yolk paste cools
-
Drain the gelatine sheets, melt in water and pour into the egg yolk paste
-
Beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth
-
Pour half of the egg yolk paste into the mascarpone cheese and mix evenly. Pour the mixed cheese paste back into the egg yolk paste and mix well
-
Whip the light cream until it is 50% thick. Pour the egg yolk paste into the light cream and mix well

Stick the finger biscuits with coffee wine and spread them on the mold. Note: The finger biscuits only need to be wet, do not soak them. The bottom of the mold needs to be fully covered. After laying a layer, pour one-third of the cheese batter, then spread a layer of finger biscuits, and then pour another third of the cheese batter. I like to eat three layers, so I spread three layers of finger cookies. Note: My recipe is just enough to make a 6-inch tiramisu
-
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least four hours before eating
