Crab Steamed Egg
Overview
Crab steamed eggs are extremely delicious. The mutual absorption of swimming crab and eggs greatly enhances the flavor of the dish. I ate this dish at a friend's restaurant and tried it when I returned home. The restaurant made steamed crab upside down, which was very delicious. There was a lot of soup left. I don't know who said that the soup was too delicious. It would be nice to take it in and steam an egg custard for us. Then the egg custard disappeared after being served. I improved it a little and steamed it directly with the egg liquid and the crab. The taste was just as tender and delicious.
