Ingredients: Pumpkin (steamed), sugar, glutinous rice flour.

Use the back of a spoon to press the steamed pumpkin into puree, add sugar and mix well.

Pour the glutinous rice flour into the pumpkin and mix with your hands.

Slowly knead the flour and pumpkin into a dough. Just hold the dough into a ball with your hands.

Heat the pan, add a little oil, roll the pumpkin dough into a round shape first, then flatten it, put it in the pan, and fry slowly.

Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and fry the other side. When both sides are golden brown, press the cake with your hands and if the skin of the cake bounces back, it means it is mature.
