  1. Wash and cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in salt water for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Minced ginger, onion and garlic. Minced meat.

  3. Dried chili powder and Sichuan peppercorns.

  4. Heat the pan, add more oil, add a tablespoon of bean paste, minced ginger, minced garlic, dried chili powder, and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add a small amount of white sugar, stir well, then add minced meat and stir-fry until white.

  6. Add appropriate amount of water to boil, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt.

  7. Add tofu and cover. Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes.
