Ingredients required: celery, green pepper.

Mix the flour with a little water to form a soft and moderate dough and let it rise for ten minutes.

Add a small amount of warm water to the meat filling to make it thick. Stir in one direction.

Chop the onions and ginger and add them to the meat filling. Then add an appropriate amount of refined salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, cooking wine, thirteen spices, and seafood soy sauce and stir in one direction.

Wash and chop celery and green pepper. (Put some salt before chopping to squeeze out the water)

Squeeze out the water from the chopped green vegetables with your hands and put it into the meat filling.

Finally, add the blended oil and stir evenly in one direction.

Shape the risen dough into strips, shape into balls with your hands and sprinkle with flour, press into a round cake with your hands, and roll into a thick dumpling wrapper with thin sides.

Pick up the dumpling wrapper and put an appropriate amount of meat filling into the middle of the wrapper.

Fold it up and down and pinch it together with both hands.

Knead the unkneaded area in the middle with your hands.

After wrapping, leave space when placing to prevent adhesion.

Add enough water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. After the water boils, add the dumplings. When the pot almost overflows, add a small amount of cold water. Do this three times, then open the lid and cook briefly!

Dipping ingredients: Mix vinegar with minced garlic and seafood soy sauce. Add chili oil if you like.
