Wash the pork belly and run it through water

Cut the chicken, ginger and garlic, and drain the chicken or not

Pour oil into the pot, add ginger and garlic, then add the chicken and stir-fry, then add the pork belly and stir-fry, add cooking wine, stir-fry until the cooking wine is gone, add pepper, continue to stir-fry for a while, add water and cook until it boils and reduce the heat

Cook for an hour and a half, add salt and then turn off the heat after a few minutes.
