Raw materials: Spare ribs and white radish

Peel the white radish and cut into pieces; blanch the pork ribs.

Heat the wok, add sugar, lower the heat and stir continuously with chopsticks until the sugar turns red and bubbles.

Add the pork ribs and stir-fry evenly.

Add ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, and Sichuan peppercorns.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine.

Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat for about half an hour.

Add radish and salt and continue cooking.

After about ten minutes, until the white radish is basically cooked, turn on high heat to drain the soup.
