Black pepper steak pasta
Overview
Children's filet mignon, chewy pasta, fresh fruits and vegetables, a delicious meal for one and two people. In fact, there was a bag of long pasta that had not yet been opened. When I cooked long pasta for my daughter for the first time, she said it was a bit hard and she didn’t like eating it. This time it was cooked slightly softer, and with the steak she likes to eat, the temptation was irresistible. Ingredients: 1 portion of filet mignon, 100 grams of pasta, appropriate amount of milk cucumber, and appropriate amount of cherry tomatoes. Ingredients: 20 grams of black pepper steak sauce powder, appropriate amount of olive oil.

Prepare ingredients.

Add water to steak sauce powder at a ratio of 1:3 and mix well, boil until thickened and set aside.

Boil water in a pot and add pasta. Stir after boiling.

Preheat the electric baking pan.

Press the "Barbeque" button, add oil, and fry the steak. Fry one side, then flip over. Each side takes about 2-3 minutes.

Prepare a vegetable plate in advance. Add the seared steak.

Remove the cooked pasta from cold water, add olive oil and mix well. You can also add an appropriate amount of the sauce from step 2.
