Purchase the fish head, wash and drain. You can ask the stall owner to cut the fish head into pieces when you buy it, and just wash it when you come back.

Slice ginger and cut tofu into cubes. Wash and cut the turnip into sections. Wu Qian forgot to take a photo

Pour oil into the pan and fry the ginger slices, then add the drained fish heads and fry until lightly browned on both sides.

Add appropriate amount of water to another pot, pour in the fried fish head, and bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer over medium heat until the soup turns milky white, then add the tofu. Finally, add turnip, salt and pepper. Come and have some soup
