Cut the tofu into 5 mm thick and 4 cm long and wide cubes.

Heat oil in a hot pan, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant, then take out the shredded ginger.

Add a small spoonful of salt to the oil and place the tofu pieces one by one in the pot.

Fry slowly over medium-low heat.

Fry until browned on both sides.

Add a small spoonful of chili powder.

Stir-fry minced garlic, light soy sauce, bean paste and a little five-spice powder evenly.
