  1. Cut the tofu into 5 mm thick and 4 cm long and wide cubes.

  2. Heat oil in a hot pan, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant, then take out the shredded ginger.

  3. Add a small spoonful of salt to the oil and place the tofu pieces one by one in the pot.

  4. Fry slowly over medium-low heat.

  7. Stir-fry minced garlic, light soy sauce, bean paste and a little five-spice powder evenly.

  8. Add a little water and bring to a boil.

  9. Add celery segments and simmer until juice is reduced.
