Overview
White jelly in sugar water is said to be a very common summer snack in Sichuan. I happen to have some jelly ingredients at home, so I decided to try it today. It tastes better iced O(∩_∩)O~

Prepare raw materials

Add water to the white jelly powder, pour it into a cooking pot, and cook over low heat until it boils, stirring constantly with a spoon.

Pour the cooked jelly water into the container to cool.

Dissolve brown sugar in warm water.

After cooling, place in the refrigerator to chill.
