Black pepper beef pasta
Overview
The pasta I made today, the beef sauce was flavored with black pepper steak sauce powder, marinated and stir-fried into a meat sauce, and tomato juice was used to enhance the color and flavor. The children loved the pasta and they ate a big plate each. There are many benefits to eating more beef in winter. Beef is rich in protein, amino acids and other nutrients, which can improve the body's disease resistance. It is particularly suitable for people who are growing and developing, recovering from surgery or illness, in terms of supplementing blood loss and repairing tissues. Eating beef in the cold winter has the effect of warming the stomach and is a good tonic in the cold winter. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that beef has the effects of replenishing qi, nourishing the spleen and stomach, strengthening muscles and bones, reducing phlegm and calming wind, and quenching thirst and salivation. It is suitable for people with depressed Qi, shortness of breath, physical weakness, weak muscles and bones, anemia, chronic illness, and yellowish and dizzy complexion

Ingredients
Steps
-
The beef I bought today is a little fatter, so the meat sauce will be more fragrant
-
Chop the stuffing by hand, but don’t chop it too finely, just make it into small pieces
-
Add Kuke Yibai black pepper steak sauce powder and rice wine
-
Mix well and marinate for 15 minutes
-
After the pot is hot, add oil, put the marinated meat in the hot pot and cool the oil, stir-fry quickly until it changes color and serve. There is no need to fry the meat at this time, otherwise it will become stale and discolored if heated later
-
After the beef is removed, add onions and saute until fragrant
-
Peel and dice the tomatoes and add them to the pot
-
Stir fry and add pepper, sugar and salt to taste
-
Cook until tomatoes are soft and then add tomato paste
-
Just cook it for a while
-
Add an appropriate amount of salt to the boiling water, blanch the broccoli and set aside.
-
While the tomato sauce is sautéing, cook the pasta in a separate pot. Put a little salt in the pot and the noodles will cook better.
-
Cook for about 10 minutes, until the noodles are soft.
-
When the noodles are cooked, the tomato sauce is also cooked. Add the fried beef into the tomato sauce
-
Stir well
-
Drain in the cooked pasta
-
Continue cooking for another two minutes or so to allow the pasta to absorb the flavour. It’s just that the lighting in the kitchen is not good, so the pictures I took are a little discolored
-
After the noodles are cooked, surround them with blanched broccoli, place the noodles in the middle and serve
