Steamed Luffa with Garlic Shrimp
Overview
My daughter loves to eat shrimp, but she usually doesn’t dare to buy the freshwater shrimp in the market, so she eats sea shrimp instead, which has a salty and umami flavor from sea water. It’s hot in summer, so if you don’t like cooking, you can try more steamed dishes.
