Braised pork ribs with rice

Prepare the required ingredients, stir the ribs and marinade evenly, let it sit and marinate for 1 hour, heat the pan, heat the oil, add the chives, stir-fry until cooked, take out and set aside. Pour oil into the pan, add marinated pork ribs and stir-fry.

Chop ginger and garlic.

When browned, lower the heat, shovel the ribs to the side, add ginger, garlic and sugar, and stir-fry for a minute.

Add the minced carrot soy sauce and half a cup of water and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the soup is almost completely evaporated.

After the ribs are stewed, wash the rice, put it in the rice cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water. Add mushrooms and 1 teaspoon salt and spread evenly.

Place the ribs and carrots on the rice, close the lid and press the switch.

When there are 5 minutes left until almost done, open the lid of the rice cooker, quickly sprinkle in the peas, and close the lid.

Finally mix it well with a spoon and serve it out
