Steps
-
Peel the pork belly and chop into small pieces.
-
Chop an appropriate amount of ginger according to personal preference and sprinkle it into the meat sauce (to remove the fishy smell). Add appropriate amount of salt and granulated sugar, stir evenly, finally pick it up a few times with your hands, and let it marinate for fifteen minutes.
-
Peel the water chestnuts, flatten them and chop them into small pieces (be careful not to mince them too much. The particles should be larger so that they taste better). Add them to the meat sauce and mix evenly.
-
Finally add 1 tsp of vinegar and stir. Friends who like to eat onions can add some chopped green onions. Finally add sesame oil (a little more than usual for cooking). Finally stir with chopsticks in circular motions for 5 minutes.
-
Wrap the wontons in the way you like (actually just use chopsticks to dot some meat sauce and wrap them in wonton wrappers like paper balls). Bring water to a boil, add wontons, and remove over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
