Overview

Yuba, also known as bean curd skin or tofu skin, is a thin film solidified on the surface of boiled soy milk. It can be eaten fresh or dried. It is a common food ingredient in East Asia.

Steps

  1. Soak the yuba in clean water for 4-6 hours. When it is fully soaked, drain out the water and cut it into sections of about 5 cm;

  2. Pour oil into the pot, add seasonings, prepared main ingredients and water;

  3. Cover the pot and activate the [Dry Pot] function;
