Garlic Tofu
Overview
The simplest way to eat tofu is to dip it in sesame oil and garlic paste, which is oil-free, low-fat and refreshing. There is no burden to prepare with zero cooking skills.

Clean a piece of tofu;

Cut into small cubes;

Put cold water in the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt, and put the tofu in;

Turn on the heat and cook over medium heat until the water boils. When the water starts to bubble, turn off the heat and take out the tofu;
