Wash and cut the beans into sections

Wash and mince ginger, garlic and chili pepper

Clean the pot, heat it up and add oil (a little more oil than usual). Heat 60%, add beans and stir-fry evenly

Stir-fry over medium-low heat until the bean skin is slightly charred and wrinkled.

Push the beans aside, add ginger, garlic, and minced chili pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry evenly

Add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste
