Seaweed and Shrimp Skin Dumplings and Wontons
Overview
This is a noodle dish made with amaranth juice and noodles. It is called dumpling wonton because it is said to be wonton but it is the way to make dumplings, it is said to be dumpling but it has soup and water and it is also the way to eat wonton. In fact, the name is not important, the key is that you like your family and eat it. This pasta made with amaranth juice is pink in color and looks appetizing.
